They aren't original Korean words, as everyone above pointed out. They're just Koreanized (i.e. written in Korean in such a way that it closely resembles how it's pronounced in English) words for Luxembourg and Hollywood.

Luxemburg and Hollywood. These are as close as Hangool can get to these foreign words. They would be pronounced "Look sam boo lu gu" and "Hoel li woo du".
