I see everyone suggesting Limewire, however, Limewire is not a WEBSITE like you asked for.
I suggest Singing Fish. You can view all types of files by doing a simple search. If your song comes up in the result, you can either click the file and listen to it on the spot or if you'd like to save the song, then right click the name of it and select "save target as." It will then download the file to your desktop or wherever you tell it to.
