I have a rash on my inner forearms legs and waist. The rash looks like little red marks/blotches under the skin. They do not hurt or itch. The doctor has told me it may be excema; but it doesn't look like excema to me. He has prescribed me with hydrocortisone cream. Has anyone experienced anything similar? or have any idea what it could be?

It could be "rosea" - not sure of the spelling. Nothing to worry about, if it is. You can sometimes get this after having been ill, from the flu, or a cold or fever. Get it checked out by a Dr.

Have you recently changed your washing powder? Try switching to non-biological powder that may help.
