my old best friend knew this really cute guy who i developed a major crush on but i don't chat to her anymore and i don't actually know him myself, so how can i get to know him as i can't just randomly approach him in the street!would it just give him an ego? my other friend suggested that we hang out where he does, so we did, and he caught on but she thinks he is too shy to say anything as most guys say im too pretty. i am very pretty, but shy, and i get asked out a lot but i always reject them as i can't stop thinking about him! it has been this way for 3 years and seems to get worse...

Simple, there is nothing worse in a guys perspective thanm shyness, its a weakness, if you like him, tell him you like him, it may give him an ego at first, but he will get over it and there you will be in the beginning stages of something new or he will blow you off, but since you are pretty and hopefully have a good personality(no offense but i dont know you) more than likely it will take off, i mean you have to look at it this way, figuretivly speaking someone has to have a set to ask the other one out really it should be the guy but if you have been this way for 3 years i would go for it atleast so you know whats going to happen, anyhow i hoped this helped!!! ~Bryan~

If you are both to shy to talk to each other then you've got no chance - If I were you get him on his own that way things may not be so nervous for either of you, then ask him out - Its a nice thing when the girl asks you out and it will boost his confidence and when he says yes it will boost yours (think positive it always helps)

You need to ask this guy once and for all, but ask him like " can i please have a minute of yours, id like to say something to you" and then maybe you could get a moment alone with him and pour out your heart to him.
Also tell him that he can have all the time he want to think over it but to tell you how much time he needs.
come on if you are young and pretty you always know there is a backup.

Pluck up the courage to ask him out yourself, he might be thinking the same thing but may be too intimidated or shy to approach you.

I reckon this guy would be thrilled at been approached and asked out by you. If he were to turn you down it'd most likely be because he's got something wrong with him or he's scared of something.

Buy a drink and bump into him as if by accident and spill it on him, if he likes you then he'll be ok with it and you can get chatting, if he don't like you you'll see by his reactions !!.
