Be rich or marry a Japanese person. Perhaps if your job is so wanted ie. a neuro surgeon then they'll want you. In all seriousness though, many westerners take the teaching English route in which you can stay year on year if so employed. You will require a College/Uni degree however as a minimum requirement.

perhaps you mean migrate to japan.

migrating to japan can be easy if you are elligible enough. first, they are needing lots of construction, factory workers and farmers, if you're willing to take this jobs, you'll get a working visa, then if you're single, you can marry a japanese citizen, this will give you a legal permanent resident of japan. but you will never be a citizen because their law prohibits any foreigner to become so.

Get a course in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). You will be most welcome as you are needed badly especially if you are a British National.
