Define experience and qualification ?

Qualification is what you have learned "theoritically" i.e. in School or University or trade schools. Experience is what you gather over the years while working and using your qualifications in work or practice.

experience is one what we have learned by our own and qualification is the one which we have acquired by following in a systematic way in some matter experience is required rather than qualification and in some matter vice versa
