And also please tell me why it is healthy or unhealthy ?
For example: French Fries have too much calories.
Or Fish has lots of protein.

-egg whites are low in fat,excellent source of protein (good)
-cottage cheese, same reason as egg whites (good)
-brown rice is low g.i., high in fibre, keeps you full longer, and when mixed with lentils or beans, is an excellent source of protein
-green vegetables are high in iron (especially when eaten with citrus--spinach salad with an orange/honey/yogurt dressing is very good for you)
-other low-fat sources of protein are tuna fish and skinless chicken breast, and tofu
-potatoes and white rice, corn,pineapple and white bread are not very good for you because they are high in sugar and increase your appetite. If you eat bread,wholemeal and grain varieties are best.
-anything fried is not good.Fried foods are high in fat and oils may be carcinogenic when heated to a high temperature.If you use oil, it should be olive oil.
As a general rule, the more processed a food is, the less goodness it has,forexample, oatmeal is better than Corn Flakes.

Better to determine unhealthy foods as those containing excessive salt or sugar and healthy foods being those that supply the body's nutritional requirements.
Your example of French fries being unhealthy because of calorie content is not valid.We need calories and potatoes contain starch and carbohydrate whilst the frying of them also provides us with a measure of fat which again we need.
I would say that your unhealthy foods are primarily those which contain any chemical enhancement,preservative,
artificial coloring or flavoring and that healthy foods are those which do not whilst at the same time meeting what we need on a day to day basis

Check out fitness web sites. Fish can be unhealthy if it has been cooked in oil( fried, deep fried) or may have mercury, other contaminants.

Anything that is deep fried is unhealthy...
Fruits and vegetables are healthy

All fresh fruits and vegetables are healthy.
Fried food is unhealthy. So is starch and carbs in large quantity.
Sugar is also unhealthy.
A balance is required.

for me healthy italian food is quite and positively good.. try it whenever u can and avoid fat foods.
