If it's just a skin infection, Neosporin will help, along with hydrogen peroxide to clean the area. But, you'll probably need some antibiotics as well.

There really is no soaps that cure staph or lotions. I know that benzoyl peroxide soap can help the bacteria go away and kill the germ, but the only way to get rid of it is to get on very powerful antibitics and stay on them till you finish. Things you can do to not spread it is wash your hands alot and keeps towels clean in the house as well as clothes. I just got over staph and it took almost a year it was very painful and irratating

you can't cure staph. you have to kill it. You probably need to see a doctor if you have staph infection . read on the back of disinfecting spray or other , oh and bleach helps . Wash hands in warm soapy water wash under tips of nails and all , if you sing the little song twinkle twinkle little star all the way through you should be good to go . Don't know of any lotion that kills staph. hth...

Um, you can't use soaps and lotions to cure a staph infection, you need courses of antibiotics.

Only antibiotice "per os" (oral) !!!!!!!!!!!!! It's too late for external treatment. See your M.D.
