Do you also have oily skin, bad breath, mouth and tongue sores, cracked skin around your finger nails, lack of energy??? Vitamin B2 deficiency. Eat more fish, lean meat, wheat germ, eggs, chicken dates figs, prunes, peas, beans and lentils. Otherwise, just go get a multivitamin B complex supplement (tablets) and a good hair skin and nails supplement from any pharmacy. Ask the chemist, he'll have good advice as to which one to get.
CHEERS & GOOD HEALTH
**** In regards to Anka's comment about vinegar. She is right because the vinegar will strip all the chemical residue from commercial shampoo and conditioners that have been left in your hair from previous uses. These chemicals build up and often leave hair unmanageable. As a temporary cure vinegar will work. Also, change your shampoo and conditioner to an organic one, chemical free, so as you don't need to cleanse the chemicals with vinegar each time.

Hello there, I'm a hairdresser and i also suffer with oily hair.. I have found that bleach dries the hair out much better than colour, its a stronger product.. a small gland in the hair root produces a natural cleansing and protective oil called sebum, when the glan is stimulated it produces grease... try not to comb/brush your hair to vigorously and running your hands through your hair is another factor.. diluted lemon juice in your final hair rinse also helps keep it at bay a little..

Dry or Oily Hair?
If you have dry hair and scalp, rinse in very warm water. Hot water stimulates oil production, so if your hair is oily, use cool water.
Oily Scalp?
Saturate a cotton ball with witch hazel and dab all over your entire scalp.
I just googled and got these answers...

wash your hair with vinegar! No I am not crazy, but in my country, Romania, it is comun to use vinegar for hair problems. After you washed your hair with shampoo, cleen it quick with 5 cups of vinegar, and let the hair dry normally rapt in a towel. It smells hard but is the best thing for oily hair, u will be pleased by the results, trust me!

Shampoo frequently, Give yourself a scalp massage This should be done during the shampoo, never between shampoos,Massaging the scalp between shampoos may squeeze a little bit of extra oil out. if u'r in doubt ask u'r hairdresser or u'r family doctor so they will give a good shampoo!!! hope u solve u'r problem. tc
