I think you shoild go for it and here is the steps for it :-
1- you ask her on a date .[take her to the most loved place by u]
2- you should tell your in love with her
3- if is ok with it you move on with the date
4- after the date ends take her for a walk and talk with her
5- when take her to her home try to end it with a kiss

Ask her whether she love u. If she loves u, then ask her out to some quiet romantic place, and propose to her. If she agrees, marry her, have children...... Life is so routine and boring.
