You could consider One of Two possibilties:

Allergic Rhinitis - where you are allergic to dust, mold, and other irritants that make your body overreact. Catagorized by runny nose, congestion, sneezing, watery eyes, itchy nose/eyes. Pet Dander can induce the same effects, as well as pollutants in the air. Usually a Claritin or other oral decongestants can help.

or

Non Allergic Rhinitis - where in fact, you are NOT allergic to these irritants, but ARE effected by them - especially pollutants and changes in environements. Constant runny nose, sneezing, congestion.

Most common for Non allergic are those that develop allergy-like symptoms in older years (after 20yo) and have constant fluctuactions in nasal symptoms - the slightest change in weather, air quality, smell food can send the Nonallergic Rhinitis sufferer into a tizzy. It all has to do with a hypersensitive nose that is "tempermental."

Best Bet - Go to an Allergist. They can test you for allergins and find out whether you are truly allergic to dust/mold etc or if you are one of the few who suffer from "ther great imposter" Non Allergic rhinitis.

It sounds like allergic rhinitis ("hayfever"), an immune hypersensitivity reaction triggered by things like pollen, fungi, animal allergens, and dust mites. The main thing is that there should be NO FEVER associated with it, because then you've got to think about other things, like infection.

Allergic rhinitis, I think, also called hayfever. The nose is mainly affected.
