never heard of exact measurements too many variables , block size 100 150 on edge or on flat,this could increase mortar use by 3 times alone . guess 2 shuffles cement 8 building sand mix (drop plastiser for easy of use) would build 4sq metres 150mm on edge or about 5metres 100mm roughly , type of wall corners how many cuts to keep bond all come in to equasion aint rocket science but not so simple as it looks

blocks are manufactured in 4 inch and 8 inch heights. obviously 4 inch blocks require almost twice as much motar as 8 in blocks. I need more info to solve your problem.

depends on the strength (early or late). but usually they mixed as a proportion of 1:2 (cement:sand)
