The answer is NO!
IMPOSSIBLE to get loan. Die die want to get loan then ask somebody to be the gurantor for you. This is the bank's requirement.
They are some Chinese clans giving out money to Uni students regardless PT or FT.
If your dad or granddad join in Chinese clans, they can help you. Alot of people didn't know about this. Best part of all, they can sponsor you throughout with even repay them back.
There are many ways to earn easy money. I met a girl study BTech Chemical Eng, she was a bar-top pole dancer. She dances very well and earn a few K per months. She save and save until she pays of her tuition fees in less than 2 years!

At the moment I don't think there is any study loan for part timers.
