There is no quantum for sex but generally for a person who is not new for sex it would be twice a week and if new then it would be daily for at least the first year or so but it also depends on so many factors like good mind, sound health etc etc.

Testosterone levels decrease as you get older, so sexual desire fades with it. If you're sexy, "eat". Don't worry about it.

Regular sexual activity is healthy. It keeps your prostate healthy and keeps you from getting blue balls

Unless you're trying to "do it" 6 times a day or more, I wouldn't be concerned.
