Boxing Gym?

I need to get fit and take out some frustration on a punch bag. Does anyone know where i can join a boxing gym for free in Southampton (UK).

boxing isnt free, trainers and gym owners have bills to pay, however there are cheap gyms out there like $20 a month, good luck in your search
