Breasts are not really vital organs. The body in cold temperatures will maintain its core temperature at the expense of the extremities. While the breasts may be very cold, the muscles and internal organs underneath will be warm, the bloodflow will be maintained there and reduced to the arms & legs.

The breasts freeze and are just as susceptible to frostbite as any other extremity. The same with the male penis it can freeze as well..
This is presuming these organs are exposed or insuffiently protected from the cold

"Boob freezing," as it is called in modern medicine, is a condition where breast/mammary tissue is subjected to cold temperatures. Boob freezing is actually a 2 stage process. In the first stage, the tit is in a hypothermic state which causes nipple protrusion through the underlying clothing and maybe pilo-erection (chill bumps). Prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures will eventually lead to vasoconstriction of breast vessels and reduced blood flow which may eventually cause frostbite and death of tissue. After a while, the tit will eventually fall off. thanks for the points
