Try David Bann, at St. Mary's Street

Kalpna is a good vegetarian Indian restaurant. It's on the bridges, just across from Hunter Square.

David Bann without a doubt, the food is amazing, quite small portions though. Peckhams in Morningside sells good veg food too

The Miro in Rose street. Mexican does excellent vegetarian dishes.

I would recommend Henderson's in Hanover Street not to far from Princes Street - you will not be disappointed!
