how do i contact spirits, without having to buy an ouija board?

i dont have the money to buy any things such as tarot cards.

if there WERE such a thing as spirits all these things like ouija boards and tarot cards would be mere props. A way to focus your attention. So again, if they DID exist you could summon them just as well with a scrap of paper or a ordinary deck of cards as with a fancy 300$ gold-inlaid ouija board.

Of course, they don't exist but what the hey.

You can hold seances using old fashioned chants and repeating certain phrase.

However, I'll warn you that even though some people may not believe in spirits, there have been weird occurrences in which people who tried to contact spirits get harmed by the spirits. Just be careful, because if you don't know what you're doing, you might contact an "evil" spirit.

Also some people are born more inclined to contact spirits and/or see ghosts. It depends on their "ying" and "yang" balance. For example, my boyfriend has seen ghosts WITHOUT trying to or subjecting himself to any rituals.

Well depends on what sort of spirit you are trying to contact and why. Perhaps you could elaborate? I would suggest deep meditation and altering your consciousness (which can be done via meditation, although there are other methods). Dark rooms, candle light, music with repetitious drumming can help create an altered state of mind.

Carry the following:
Black veil sort of dress, black scarf and mirror.
Check in advance which body has recently arrived...

Wear black clothes and only your eyes should be visible....
