I'm assuming maybe you had the proper lab work when your doctor told you that your urinary tract is clear, if not, then he needs to do the proper lab work. Are you having any other symptoms? Sometimes with UTIs, you'll have other urinary symptoms -- urge to urinate more or less frequent urinating, smell to the urine, burning, itching, etc. Small white particles are also a sign of kidney stone fragments sometimes, but if you're not having any blood in the urine or pain in the back region near the kidneys, then I don't think that would be a consideration. If you're not having any other symptoms, and your doctor has advised you that you're okay, may be just residual from the urinary tract problems and you need to drink lots of water. Also cranberry juice and lemonade are really good for UTIs or to help fend off UTIs. Better to be safe than sorry, so if you are having additional symptoms, then I'd go to your doctor, tell them your concerns and see if they can figure out what is going on.

I dont know but you should definitely go back to the doctor because that doesnt sound too good. Get them to let you pee in a cup so they can examine it. And dont forget to ask questions...if you dont understand, then make them help you understand. Good luck!

don't worry. drink a lot of fluids and this will clear up. it is sediment that has settled in your bladder. it is ok.
