I make her happy everytime she's sad & I give everything she wants. But how can I tell her that I love & care for her so much?

If the other guy is your friend then find another girl. It's just unfair to your friend. However, if you really love the girl, there are many ways of making her feel that you really love and care about her. A note, a kiss on a forehead when she's sad, being beside her when she needs somebody, surprising her gifts at times when she least expected it, and many others. Just be creative. Girls like to feel very important most of the times.

Hoo boy... there's no fun or evasive way to this one. It's either you sit her down and flat-out tell her how much you care and why you think you're perfect for each other or... you can let it slip, watch her reaction, and then try to play it off like a joke.
Another thought... if you choose the first way, take her on a "date" first... and make vaguely romantic moves but not overtly romantic ones. Those are the best ways to gauge if you should risk the friendship.
Final word: make sure it's direct. Don't skate around it when you finally do tell her.

Well be gentle about it.... How much does she like this other guy?? Think of her feelings as well.....
A letter could be a good way... You could also put a gift with it..... But if you want it to be in person... You'll have to have a lot more guts. Just be honest!! That's the most important thing!! Tell her how you feel.... There's no special way.... Be honest!! A girl likes nothin more then honesty! (well almost....)

If she is with another man, and you're just friends then I don't think it would be fair to her to tell her that you love her. It would just complicate your relationship. If you really love her, then just be there for her. You don't want to compromise the relationship you have right now. Besides, nobody knows what the future holds. She may end up your girl when it's all said and done.

Let me ask you, if you have a girlfriend (or soon wife-to-be) and a guy struck out and confide to her that he loves her! What will you do? Will you get mad? You should put yourself in this shoe and think.
You MUST learn how to accept! There are thousands of girls around. Forget her!
My bottom line is "please wake up your idea"! Put on swimming trunk and go rolling blading in Sentosa, girls with oogle at you and even ask you for hp number! Lots of girls out there waiting for you to choose from!

If she's already in a relationship, then you really shouldn't tell her. If you are that person who makes her happy, and she is in an unhappy relationship then she will eventually realize what she's missing. But if you do care for her you won't try to break-up her relationship.

Tell her that you just want HER to be happy, because if you really love her as much as you say you do, that IS what you want for her. And if she wants the other guy, you'll have to just accept that.

i dont think you need to tell her... us girls... we know when someone loves us / has something for us .. especially when a guy does what your doing... but this girl is just dumb... and honestly you are too.... dont give her your world if she wont give you hers... its not worth it... you can have someone else you can make happy who can in return make you very happy too.. welll.... you should just meet up with this girl... tell her straight out you like her/ love her... you would like to be with her and can make her happy but only if she leaves the guy shes with.... if she says no... then move on and make some other DESERVING girl happy

If you really love her, just give her your blessing and hope the best for her. There is no point for you to break up a relationship even though you love her. Love cannot be force, so just give her your blessing. if she is meant for you, she will come back to you
