Tzedaka really helps, and Tikkun Olam as well. I'm also Shomer Shabbos to the extent I won't work, but I do travel. Kashrut doesn't help me at all, frankly.

Do you mean why are Jews more "spiritual" than non-Jews, or what actions do I perform that make me feel more "spiritual"?
