Yes, because your primoridal instincts are that you need to refuel yourself in order to survive, therefore you eat more to store the fat that your brain thinks you need when you are deprived from sleep.

Lose more calories but very bad for your health and youll probably get hungrier and gain more calories anyway.

Good Nights sleep is the best thing for you.

If you dont have any appointments only wake up when you need to.

Sounds lazy but if you tend to work late and rise early you should do this for a few days youll feel better

Yes lack of sleep not only reduces weight but lots of other disorders also result. For good health one should have enough and sound sleep.

Big Yes, sleep is to make the body regain the lost energy that it has lost for work, only two days of not having a enough sleep can make people to ask if you are sick. everything about health is suppose to be enough,nough rest, bath, work, food etc

because while you're awake at dawn etc. you usually get very hungry

I very well may. I found that my appetite was shot when I didn't get enough sleep.

It can gain you more weight also. It will affect your metabolism as brain cannot do the work it is supposed to.
