Practically any photo is downloadable in any subject you want. The availability provided by images.yahoo.com and images.google.com allows you to search and view photos in any subject out there.
HOWEVER (this is a big one), that doesn't mean the images aren't copyrighted, protected, etc. The safest way is to download a royaltee free image (which means after download you own rights to that image). Companies like www.gettyimages.com and www.istockphoto.com are 2 of the many out there.
You can search for 'free royaltee free images' that don't require a purchase to have unlimited use of the image. However your pickings will be a lot slimmer.

go to http://www.sxc.hu the pictures are royalty free, free to download, and most are of great quality. it's a stock website so you can find pictures of pretty much anything you want.

Google search under the subject that you are interested in finding pictures of. The select the image option. most of those pictures are down loadable and savable.
