Yes, I believe we are all equal in value, for starters. To me, an atom, an individual, a planet, a solar system, a galaxy, the universe, and God, are the same phenomenon on different levels, "wheels within wheels, in a spiral array, a pattern so grand and complex." Separateness within the unity; different yet the same...this is the paradox of the second perspective...

This is really a hard question to answer, while we are all equal in some aspects, we are also different in a ot of ways, making us unique, other wise the wrld be a boring pace if we all acted the same, treat each toehr the same etcetera.
I believe that there is a strong possibility of is being equal in some areas, like military arms war, and politics, but the difference of views that a lot of people have prove that we will never be equal, respect each other, so sorry, no matter how much we try, we can never be equal with each other, because people have their own thoughts and opinions on things and some won't be swayed to believe what others do.
It really is more of a psychological thing.

not at all! we are unequal from the time we are conceived. each mother doesnt take care of themselves the right way or the same way which creates differences right there. if we were all equal there wouldnt be competition or winners. everything would be a tie becasue we are all equal. some people have more talent, some have more smarts, some have better street skills. my parents arent yourparents therfore, we are different in many ways. some better some worse.
and all people arent eaual in the capacity to love. what about mentally disabled people who dont understand the concept of love. they are not equal to someone who can understand it. im not saying one is better than the other, but we are humans. selfish, competitive, lazy humans. its all about being better thanthe person next to you.

For the sake of your argument i will assume two different kinds of "equality"; Biological and Legal. There is no "equality" in the biological world. We are all unique or at least most life is(there are exceptions where cloning is involved...the favorite way of propagating in the micro world) There are also obvious differences tall, short, different skin co lour, smart, dumb, aggressive, passive strong, weak an endless list. In the legal universe we should all be equal but we know we are not.Justice seems to favor the powerful over the meek. We are talking here in absolutes.

all people are equal surly as God is fair and create as all equal
but we are equal on total
this mean that someone may be not so rich and not so beautiful but he is am smart and has good family.
another one may be rich and beautiful but stubbed and and has a horrible family
so in think if we counted all the gifts of any one we will find that we all equal
more over every one of us is unique as every one is created for a certain Job to do so he|she has the needed gifts to do this Job
so our gifts are equal to our tasks
we are all relatively equal

YES. We are all equal to each other as we're all Human Beings. And nobody is superior to nobody, in principle.
The problem is that, in practise, the world is full of arrogant people who try to impose their will, beliefs, power and decision on the others; and in order to do that, they use discrimination (racial, religious, cultural, etc etc...) to convince ignorant masses that they're better than the rest.
The real, objective minor differences among human beings, should be taken as positive factors, as a means to learn from each other instead. The beauty of out Planet is that is full of different colors and varieties, Mankind itself is beautiful because it's made of different colors, languages, traditions; we should just stop using such minor differences to discriminate and demean our brothers and sisters allowing greedy leaders to rule a sick world, and learn more about each other living in Peace instead.

I don't believe that people are treated equal or considered equal by each other, religion or the government. People are treated and judged differently depending on the appearance, gender, employment status and career path, level of education, where they live, their political and religious persuasion, their sexuality and their age.

We are all equal in that we (as human beings) are created in the image and likeness of God. We are equal in that we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. We are equal in that the Son of God (Jesus) died for us while we were yet sinners. We are all equal in that we can choose to accept Him as our Saviour. We are all equal in that we have the same consequences depending on that choice (what we do with Jesus - to accept or not). We are all equal in that eternity will be faced by all (irregardless of belief).

I don't believe in equality, excpet balance sheet, equations. In human lives, there is no =, ppl wish there is =, but indeed it is just a dream. Though life is like that, I still try to be fair to everyone regardless of yr gender, age, nationality, appearance, personality.... But it is hard....

People are not equal, whoever you mean by 'we'. Especially in in the emotional sense. Where did you get this idea?
