Exactly the same as any other SBT. Blue is the in colour, so people are cashing in & breeding from anything that can vaguely be described as blue regardless of type or quality. With so many SBT in rescue a 12 month old has very little value. Are the parents of good quality from well known lines? Do they have exemplary temperaments? Have they been eye tested and hip scored? At 12 months old, this Staffy should also have been hip scored & tested for inherited eye problems too. Does "with papers" mean Kennel Club registered? If not, the papers are valueless.
These are the questions you ought to be asking before considering the colour.

I agree with Anwen55,they should be the same as any other staffie, blue is just a dilute colour, but certain breeders have jumped on bandwagon, saying rare blue etc,a lot of these cannot be shown on account of their having poor pigment colouring,so to pay eight hundred to a thousand pounds for a mediocre dog is very silly, and like the blue dobermann they can have skin problems, and lose fur,

Blues should be sold for the same price as any other desired colour.
Whats more important is weather the dog is health tested & has the certificates to prove it.
