What u should do is
take 1 teaspoon of salt in a vessel add little water.stirr the mixtre well.then rinse your teeth with this water.do this twice a day.u will definitely get a good results as salt acts as a natural cleanser & destroys the germs.

go to your dentists office they can tell you about all types of bleaching methods, there is the crest white strips you wear them for 30 min they can cause some sensitivity depending on how sensitive your teeth are but it doesn't happen to everyone, there is the trays you take home and put bleach in yourself, there is chairside bleaching that you do i the dental office, there also is this toothpaste called vivid white from crest that works good. whatever you do i would recommend getting it at the dentist because they tend to not charge you an arm and a leg.

I use Listerine Whitening pre-brush rinse. I think it works great. You just swish it around in your mouth for 1 minute before brushing every day. I tried the Crest Whitestrips and they worked, but it was EXTREMELY painful during and for about 3 weeks afterwards.

You can visit a dentist n ask him for a thorough clean up n later ask him also to bleach them,it will make them white :)
