It would have been the Pharaoh, although as it is, the bible does not name him. Due to the confused state of Egyptian chronology, it is not possible to connect these pharaohs to secular history with any degree of certainty.These anonymous Pharaohs include those during the period of oppression (Exodus chapters 1 and 2) of the Israelites prior to Moses' return from Midian; the Pharaoh ruling during the ten plagues and the exodus (Exodus chapters 5 to 14), etc.. Pharaohs were revered as gods, the off springs of the Sun god RA, and not mere representatives of him. Thus, they were, as gods, showered with riches as befits a divine person. As to being famous, collectively they are, but individually, they're not.

He was so rich that he needed 72 camels to hold the keys of his wealth.
