Make stock in the usual way (boiled bones or veg or whatever) and then freeze it in an ice cube tray. Take one 'home-made stock cube' out and use as required!

You mean like a bullion cube? No idea. I make different stocks up, pour them into ice cube trays, and freeze them, then drop the stock cubes into ziplocs and leave them in the freezer until I need them. Works great!

by just boiling and freezing into cudes, isn't it diluted compared to those concentrated powder stock cubes?

was thinking of the usual boiling but do an over boil, when water lvl is about 50% remove the components used to make the stock except water... then at about 30% remove n freeze....

btw, i won't recommend making/using stock cubes... ther best way is, everytime u nid stock, use fresh ingrediants to make the stock...

If you use the boiling and freezing method mentioned above, reduce the liquid by at least half, otherwise your cubes not be very strong in flavour.
