What I do to keep my skin clear after I have a break out is wash it til its really dry, exfoliate the hell out of it then use a toner and moisturizer. repeat for about a week and you should see amazing results.

You probally want people to see you and not see bump after bump.Right?

Although many people suffer from this condition only during the teenage years, pimples can occur throughout adulthood, depending on your hormonal activity, heredity and hygiene.

Instructions
STEP 1: Resist the urge to attack when these plugged sebaceous glands pop up. In other words, don't pop your pimples'this can cause infections and even scarring.

STEP 2: Keep in mind that a combination of hormonal activity, a buildup of bacteria and the shedding of dead skin cells causes pimples. Do what you can to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin-care routine appropriate for your skin type.

STEP 3: Have patience. It could take up to one month for a blemish to disappear completely. The less you poke at it, the better.

STEP 4: Buy an antibacterial, oil-free concealer that can blend the redness of the pimple into your own skin color. Green shades tend to offset redness the best. (This might not be an option for those who don't wear makeup.)

STEP 5: Try a facial mud mask. This may shrink a pimple.

STEP 6: Realize that despite the happy teens in the commercials, 'zit zapping' solutions'medications you apply directly to pimples'don't do much more than dry out the top layer of skin covering the pimples. These medications don't provide a long-term cure.

STEP 7: If you are going to break the rules by 'extracting the blemish''aesthetician-speak for popping your pimple'wash your hands, then lightly squeeze the top of the pimple with a tissue or cotton swab. Clean the area thoroughly when you're done. If nothing happens, leave the pimple alone until it's ready to pop.

STEP 8: Apply a benzol peroxide acne medication to the pimple and avoid applying medication to the surrounding area.

Tips & Warnings

If you're desperate (you get an unsightly blemish two days before your wedding, perhaps), consult a dermatologist about receiving a shot of cortisone to eliminate a pimple.

Pimples can indicate the presence of acne, a chronic skin disease. If you have recurring pimples, talk to a dermatologist about acne medication. Your dermatologist may prescribe antibiotics, certain brands of birth control pills, or even Accutane for severe acne.

Consider carefully before using Accutane. Although this is the only truly long-term solution for severe acne, it can have serious side effects and is known to cause serious birth defects when taken during pregnancy. Sexually active women who use Accutane should use two forms of birth control.

i understand the anxiety but they certainly won't vanish like a bubble. it would take time and a lot of patient. i know it could be hard to put up with it and make a face in front of people but just be patient. anyways just wash it more than 3X a day with a mild facial cleanser and clean and safe water. try putting lemon juice when you are resting on your face, it is rich with vitamin C and decreases inflammed pimples, also nourishes your sensitive facial skin. try egg yolk too rich in protein which is good for facial skin. and drink lots of water. and don't prick. if it's really bad, you might want to go to a dermatologist who might prescribe you with oral antibiotics or topical creams. :-) God bless you.

its natural that every single person get pimple at the age of puberty i.e..at teen age. this is coz of harmonal changes which takes place in ur body.. u cnt make pimple vanish but u can always be cautious so that there will be no scars left after pimple get reduced..just dont keep touching pimples with bare dirty hands and keep washing ur face with plain cold water often whenevr u get time..and if u feel u should need treatment consult any dermatologist and take their opinion..

won't vanish like a bubble, but if you want 'permanent' results you need to treat your face...you need to cleanse from within as well as with-out-
here is one method -

1 x sachet of Epson salts
1 x sachet Creme of Tartar
disolve in 2 litres water
drink 1 glass every morning
your face will get worse than what it is, (just gettting rid of all the gunk inside) after about 2 - 3 weeks it will definately start clearing up...

Haha sorry honey but you cant, there just isnt a magic cure, you could talk to your doctor about meds if it worries you that bad but the side effects are a major con with that. Try to eat healthy and excercise and keep your stress levels down so t doesnt play havoc with your hormones, these things are best healed from the inside out and it takes time. Be warry of anything promising fast results as its probably a bit of bull.

Diet and Blocked poores and sweat are the main cause.
eating food loaded with sugar. Yes drink water to flush your system, and yes exfoliate your face, but not till it is dry. something like a soft loofah or soft brush..and do down the sides of your nose as well. it helps to get the dirt out of the poores, hot water over the face helps to open poores..
when you do all of this while in the shower give your face a burst of cold water to close the poores up again...do this every second day. it helps to remove all the dead skin......
