I know of no us servicemen killed by friendly fire by our allies! Tillman was killed by HIS OWN UNITS FIRE!

Most friendly fire involve us and our troops. The others are not large contingents and are not placed with the American military in combat. They have their own areas!

The reason the yanks have killed so many of our forces throughout history is simple. Our people are at the front leading the way. This was true during what the americans think of as the 1916-18 war when they were two years late and the 1941-45 war when they were again two years late. In fact they wouldn't have joined in at all that time if the Japanese hadn't talked them into it. Imagine the lives we could have saved if only they had been late for this one as well! Still what would you expect from a nation which sponsors terrorism on a world wide scale and cries like a whipped puppy when it comes back to haunt them. Sadly when I look at the list of possible replacements for Dubya Bush, the worlds thickest president, I see that things are unlikely to improve in the future. We should all petition the prime minister to promise never to get involved in a war where the yanks are on the same side as us. If a bunch of Vietnamese peasants were able to whip their arses, we would be better of on the other side.

Yes, but none that will be admitted to the public.

In all wars, soldiers have been killed by friendly fire, but its always hard to prove.

I have not been able to find a source that will confirm a US soldier dieing as result of a friendly-fire incident in iraq

You don't have to dig that far: Pat Tillman

I suspect the military tends to hush up our own deaths due to friendly fire. They don't have that luxury with allies. Bullets and bombs don't know friend from foe once released

There is no such thing as "friendly fire", as the Republicans will very soon find out.

To accidently kill one of your own men is a terrible thing.
