can any one tell me why my Pc restarts whenever i try to download .exe file?

Sounds like you have a VIRUS! Take your processor to a TECHNICIAN and they will clean it out. You need to get some type of VIRUS protection installed also. This will take care of protecting your computer against stuff like viruses and worms. I have McAfee and it works very well! ( You can also download this right off the internet if you want . It probably would be better though if the TECH installs it initially. Then you can renew it annually from the internet.)

May be you've got a malware infection. Plz scan your PC for adware/spyware and virus. These malicious programs can make your PC do unexpected things on its own.
