Otter? Well, you can eat whatever you want if it's physically possible, but i can't tell you if it is bad for you or if it will do any harm to you. Good luck with the research though

not sure but i wouldnt suggest it. i live in an area with a ton of them, and they are known to carry various deseases, including rabies.

I don't think so, they may be a protected marine species.
