a friend of mine set me up with this guy awhile back from our workplace. We hit it off, talked all the time, but when the time came i wanted a relationship and he said he wasnt ready. So in a ploy to be happy i started dating one of our mutual friends. I was honest and told him, but hell broke loose between alll of us, but in the long run me and him are still friends, he just doesnt talk to the other anymore. He told me it wasnt my fault and i was mislead on information. well now im back in the same boat. I really do beleive that this one is the One, were friends, we go out once in a great while, and he introduces me to his friends,peeps say how good we are together, sometimes he kisses me in public stuff like that, but were just friends and i dont want that. is it ok to bust out the whole feeling thing again and say its eaither be together or goodbye? I know he has a lot of female friends, im just scared of the rejection from this one, or if theres more girls on the side..

The most important thing you can do it NOT to tell him that it is together or goodbye. That is the worst thing you can do; my exboyfriend did that to me and it was the worst thing ever. Don't ever rush anyone into something they aren't ready for. See if things start to develop between you two, then go ahead and see what happens. See this is what you should do, you should continue talking to him but after so long (6 months whatever) if nothing really happens between you two then end all emotional and physical ties. Some people don't realize what they had until it is gone and sometimes you need to take it away in order for them to realize that.

You know what why should he have it just the way he wants it. He has his cake and eats it. He gets attention from you on tap, kisses you when he wants but if anyone asks he doesn't have a girlfriend and you are giving him permission at this point.
You haven't been in a relationship with him yet so I don't think you can say hes the one.
I think you should give him an ultimatum. He will I am sure take the option of being "free". Thats ok. You stick to your side of the ultimatum. See if he misses hanging out with you he will come back, if he doesn't he obviously wasn't the one.
If he is the one then in the future he will get serious anyway so don't sweat it for now.

You ask. If he's the ONE he would say "yes" and be with you. He says "no" then you know he's probably not the one and you can carry on with your life and let the suspense end. But you won't know unless you ask...
OR
You can wait it out, let time tell if you two are right for each other. If its meant to be, everything will fall into place and either he will tell you that you are the one.
Hope this helps, just remember to be brave if you do ask and hold your head up high if he rejects, coz at least you will know...

Sorry for your luck. It sounds like hes not into you like you are him.
You're best chance is not to give him an ultimatum just try to spend more time with him and see if it goes anywhere.
Ask him out. Don't sit around waiting for him and go out with other people too.
