How do I back up a document in XP? I select document,copy, and then insert disc. still Message says insert dis

Where are you backing it up to, you should find the file using "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer, right click it and click Copy - then Paste it somewhere else, either into another folder or perhaps onto a memory stick.

sounds similar to me. I try inserting my disc (last disc) taken out fr my pc. However, same thing. I give up and luckily this pc service company came to my aid. You may want to check it out with them. They provide great service and no hidden cost. GREAT! i can say. http:www.epicsystem.com.sg
