Since I started my diet and excecise routine I have been bruising VERY easily. When I was pregnant I was put on iron pills. Do I need to keep taking them while on a diet? Or should I make sure I eat more spinach, ect?

My stats: 23 yr old female (obviously since I said I was pregnant) 130 pounds, very active, no health issues. I want to loose about 10 to 15 more pounds, I already have lost ten (used to be 140)

the bruising means that you need more vitamin c foods

synthetic iron pills are no good at all, there are lots of natural foods that have iron - dried apricots, molasses etc you could look it up (i forget now!)

you should see your doctor about that, easy bruising can be signs of some very bad health situations.
