your going about your diet all wrong sorry to say. a banana is just a quick carb and not nearly enough for a meal especially breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. If you restrict your calories so much your body's metabolism slows down, you produce more coritsol a fat storing hormone and if restricted too much your body goes into a catabolic state burning muscle fibers for energy not ingested calories. For breakfast get a nice balance of slow burning carbs like oatmeal and some proteins like egg or egg whites even better. Green vegies are the best btw like green beans. All the fruits your eating are nature's carbs also and they are quick carbs which means a quick sugar rush type. Balance your diet out to like 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat stay away from saturated and transfats as much as possible. Don't use the scale as a measure of health your overall bodyfat % how you look and feel are the real measure. I'm only 5'7 215 but only 12% bodyfat. Just eat a ballanced diet and get some cardio 20-30 min a day 3-4 times a week. Weightlifting high reps low weight to get a tone on the muscle groups 3-4 times a week working each muscle group once a week ie biceps, legs, back, biceps ect ect. Heres a good grocery list too http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stella9a.htm

hi, im a 26 yr old male who over the last 4 years have had to leave work due to a long ongoing problem with my back, because of this the last 2 yrs ive put on 3 stone and cant work out to remove it. this last 2 months ive lost 1 stone of that extra weight due to a great program that i cant stop telling ppl about, LOOK UP PAUL MCKENNA, I CAN MAKE YOU THIN, he is an english hypnotist/psycologist who has done this program and is changing lots of people lives, you eat the same as normal BUT you change the way you eat it, you listen to your body telling you its full b4 you binge and overface yourself, its all about changing your metabilism without going on another cruddy diet! it truely works and you need to look it up on the net as it will change your life as it has most of the uk.
hope ive helped u,
