She becomes to feel that she has something in her womb. She will feel like do vomiting. and become very sensiive to smells. These are some of the indications of having pregnancy.

You're right, missing your monthly period and having a positve result in the preg test doesn't guarantee that you're pregnant. You have to undergo a biophysical examination or an ultrasound or better yet, see a doctor. They would definitely give you the best advice.

I am not sure of the question, but a missed period is a sign of pregnancy. If the woman is late, she should be able to take a test accurately.
