It even has a chapter completely devoted to legitimate DR PERSCRIBED medications and drugs that can aid in the loss process........ Xenical in particular could be considered for a 12 year old if needed since it only prevents fat from absorbing in the body and does not mess with the delicate system of a growing teen.. Not an Upper or appetite supressant or anything. Check it out. You will be glad you did. I think Walmart is even selling it now........... This book is AWESOME. So far, I've lost 37 pounds and it seems effortless (truly)........
