A peace of homemade pumpkin pie seems natural enough. So my answer would be "yes".

No, peace isn't a human quality that we all share. The world has been involved in outbreaks of wars much more than in moments of peace. The quote, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" best sums up the current world situation. There is little trust, little respect, combined with too many conflicts on social and cultural issues that contributes to most of the 41 major wars in the world today. Peace is an after-thought only after massive destruction of cities and infrastructures, followed by multitudes of casualties, 75% which are non-combatants--many of whom are women and children. But then the cycle of violence continues.
