I own a shop, and what I would do is this. Power braking will not work on yours IF it is front wheel drive. Power braking works on rear wheel drive vehicles. You can try to adjust your emergency brake cable up tighter to make it hold the rear wheels when you burn out with it. Front wheel drive vehicles get very good traction, and is very hard to make it spin. One other thing you can do is; bring up the tire pressure to about 40-45 pounds on the drive tires. If you try to brake it some; the front disc brakes do 75% of the stopping, so I doubt braking will do anything, but it might by just holding it lightly, just enough for them to slip, while the rear wheels hold it in place. One other thing you can do is to put a line lock on the drive wheel brakes. I don't know if you can do it under $130 or not. Check one out at www.jegs.com or www.summitracing.com that works with the brakes. A trans brake won't work, but a line lock brake would on the wheels that don't do the pulling. On rear wheel drive vehicles, you can loosen the emergency brake cable, and adjust the proportioning valve to hold more front brake, than it does rear wheel brakes. This will let the front wheels lock down, and the rear wheels spin free. They make an adjustable valve that can be easily adjusted, and then back as needed to do the job.
Glad to help you out, Good Luck!!!

His car is rear wheel all 240sx 89 and newer are. So put some water/bleach or just water since you don't have a lot of power you'll need something to keep you still rev up the engine while keeping you toe on the brake lightly and drop the clutch will take some practice since you will need to hold the brake down while giving the car gas. If you don't mind moving some same thing with water/bleach then rev and dump the clutch you'll burn out in one spot for a while but can't guarantee you will stay in on spot the whole time. Its also easier to do burn outs especially good looking ones unless you have a LSD but it's still fun. Take your money and use it to put performance pieces on you car, intake, exhaust that type of stuff more power + LSD = better burn outs and burn out cookies.

There's so many answers to this question, but the best answer should come from your own research. First of all, if you know what kind of driving you'll be doing, then the answer will tell you at least what size of turbo you'll be needing to achieve the power you need. Then your answers should come naturally from here on. Just remember that it would be very wise to upgrade some if not all the internals of the engine. Especially if your KA has high mileage. It would suck if you blew your engine after you spent all the money on the turbo kit without strengthening the inturnal parts. And be careful with EBAY parts, you get what you pay for. Check out some of the 240SX forums. You can't go wrong with experienced advice. Good luck.

Use rounded nose hose pinching vice grips on the old cracked rubber rear brake hoses. After one or two squeezes you will have to replace the hoses. Remember not to drive fast when the rear brakes are disabled. Under $100 until you replace the rubber brake hoses with new Nissan Hoses and have them installed. With the rear brakes disabled splash a little water onto the ground under the rear tires mash the front brakes on and if the clutch is any good rev up to 3,000 and release the clutch mash the gas until the rear tires pop! Of course it is a lot easier with a car with big power. Automatic transmission will tend to overheat if you spin the tires a long time. After you blow up your clutch and transmission don't come running to me and say I made you do it!

put bleach under the rear tires and do a brake stand. bleach makes it very slippery and it will make for a nice burn-out.

Use the brake pedal. It's called power-braking.
