well lust in the heart is like say u go to school, and u see this girl u really like...she is beautiful...and ur always watchin her...and u obsess over her..so much u think u love her....u think sexual thoughts about her alot...this is lust in the heart...it is that much deepers than lust...lust is ur in a bar and u see this girl with large breasts and she is lookin at u touchin herself and u want to have sex with her right there...thats lust..both bad

Well in the Bible, it talks about having lust in the heart, so to speak. That is, say, if your at the mall, and a girl in suggestive clothing walks past you and the first thing that comes to your mind is about having sex with her, that is having lust in the heart.

Lust is deep in our mind. It is not in the outside world. It is like a sleeping snake in your mind. It jumps into action when you receive a passionate input from your 6 sensors (eye, ear, nose, tong, body and mind itself)
Because it is within our mind and not in the outside world, it can be removed with all it's roots, for ever (yes, for ever!) This is done by Buddhist Meditation. Once it is removed you will never 'suffer' from the lust again.
Did you notice the other side of the lust? It is the Anger, which can be similarly dealt with. Wonderful, isn't it?

Lust is a good thing, its part of what makes life interesting and let's you know what you find attractive. It's not a deadly sin, it's a lively one!
If you want to know what lust is...go to Hooters and take notice of the waitresses, in their little orange short shorts and cleavage showing tight white tops.... ;-)
