Is there any recipe that uses cornflakes to make a snack that is presented in little paper cups? It should not require any cooking to be done. Thanks.

You are asking the same thing that I was searching for many days and finally I found it in the newspaper. This is a Chinese New Year goodie.

Butter - 100g
Honey - 150g
Cornflakes - 150g
Others - Raisins, almond nuts, cranberry (I chose the first 2)
Mini paper cups - 80 PCS

Melt butter and honey together. After it melts, add in the cornflakes and other ingredients. Mix. Put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the paper cups. Put into the oven at 145 degree celcius and bake for 10min. Viola!

I'm making them tonight......yum yum

you can mix cornflakes with honey, and add some other stuff such as dried mango, raisins, dried pineapple..... nuts, chocolate..... any thing which is dry.

mix them well, and put them in paper cups.

you can also use the cornflakes to make coconut balls.

use cornflakes, 1 can of condensed milk, chocolate powder and melted chocolate, some alcahol if not for children. some whiskey does wonders. nuts such as hazel nuts, mix everything together.

and form balls.

i normally leave some melted chocolate to dip the balls in it, and than pass them into coconut. first i let the balls rest than i ll put them in melted chocolate and coconut.
