Yes they do, unless they start to become freezer burned, then you will lose nutritional value. Be careful of food items like blueberry waffles you find in the freezer case. Most of these are blueberry flavored and contain no actual blueberries.

No, anytime you freeze something you are losing some of the nutritional value. Doesn't mean it isn't still good for you, or taste good.
