Animism and polytheistic beliefs are the earliest spiritual beliefs. Ancestral religions practiced by indigenous folks would be the earliest religions.

Anyone who thinks Christianity, Islam, or Judaism are the earliest, seriously needs to study history and comparative religion. Those three, especially Christianity and Islam, are new kids on the block.

Representations of the "Mother Earth" diety have been found in archeological sites throughout the world. Early humans valued fertility and were in awe of it.
These representations (artifacts of an obvious religion) pre-date all formal systems of religion.

Technically all of the religions of God's prophets (the first one being Adam) was Islam. Islam has evolved and it's final and complete manifestation was through the Final Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him). However, in one form or another, God's chosen religion has always been Surrender to God's Will or Islam.
