go to www.traderjoes.com
get the can of the daily vitimans, they have single day packs of all the vitimans you need. It's 9.99

hope you live where they have a trader joes!!

I'm sure wallmart, or costco/ sam's club has a daily mix pack.
it's just so fine to have them in a packet, in a 30 day supply for the month, lay the packet out the night before and take with your breakfast smoothie or cereal.

do take your vitimans with food. or at least milk

good luck.
I swear by these vitimans!
energy and health!
if you are looking for some to add for additional purposes, specifics,
IM me

Every doctor I have ever been to has recommended Centrum multi-vitamins.

Bluebonnet Super Earth
or
Nature's Plus Source Of Life Mult
if you want quality ingredients. both excellent!!!

and contrary to other's opinions, all vitamins are NOT the same. there is a *huge* difference in the ingredients. there's too much info to list here, but if you go to a Whole Foods Market or other health food store they can tell you--DO NOT go to a GNC, they're bogus.

AVOID 'One a Day' all day energy with guarana--
guarana is a chemical cousin to caffeine.
what kind of moronic vitamin company would promote its product as giving you 'energy' because it is chock full of caffeine?!?!?!
the thing is, since Americans don't recognize that guarana and caffeine are essentially the same, and just as bad, they push it as an herb that gives you "energy"

to me that discredits *all* of One a Day as being ignorant sleazeballs out to get your money and NOT give you a quality product

Any brand is ok so long as it is one that is well absorbed by your body. If it is not absorbed well then it won't do you much good. Do some research on the web for brands that are well absorbed by the body.

It sounds stupid, but the best and most inexpensive one that I found was a generic multivitamin at Walmart. It is the one formulated for men.

Crack. It really takes the edge off . especially like the drama of mundane things like having to tie your shoes.
