Would you own religious beliefs be affected if it turned out that earlier versions of the stories in your sacred text were found in other religions?why/why not?

My religion is oldest. HInduism.
If it turned out, to be some wiccan, i respect wiccan, but i dont need to convert or think over. hinduism is higly stable faith.

My own religious beliefs are found in no sacred text, so the question doesn't apply. I'm an atheist.

Your question pre-supposes that every person must rely on a "sacred" text, which is unfair.

No it would confirm my faith For instance I believe the Koran also talks about Jesus

Absolutely not, why wouldn't it bother me because I wouldn't allow it to. We choose what bothers us and, or what doesn't bother us.
