No. Communist governments find it convenient to adopt an atheist policy because it gives them a pretense for oppressing churches, thus reducing the influence of religion in daily life and making the people more dependent on the state. It's not appreciably different from fascist governments subverting the church into an arm of the government, or Muslim dictatorships which make the government an arm of the faith.

It's all people using religion as an excuse to be really crappy to one another. Sort of like Christian preachers demonizing all atheists as amoral Communists, simply to scare people away from them.

To think that such people as yourself exist in this world disgust me! Should you die in your sleep this very night not one soul would mourn. You are a waste of human flesh and you deserve to be devoured by the mob you will undoubtedly rally against you. Your lack of insight not only offends your fellow man, it demeans all of the race of man. Knowing that you and I are of the same species is the biggest insult I will ever suffer.

To a small mind, I'm sure it is.

If you want to go there though, just remember all the things that, by the same logic, can be said to be a basic part of christianity.

That's like asking is terrorism a part of muslims, or capitalism a part of Christianity...

In the future ask questions that make sense.
