community service is bull. Just show up and sit around, if you are asked to do anything, tell them your back is hurting or its against your religion. Most will just sign you off. You are not going to "learn your lesson" with community service. You won't feel any better about yourself by cleaning up after the less fortunate. Ask the judge if you can do one of those adds on TV saying "don't do drugs" like the rock stars.

Because you are lazy and dont want to be responsible for your actions. Pay your dues and learn from your mistake. That's part of being (becoming) a grown up.
