First off, let me just warn you that 100 pounds is a pretty healthy weight for someone your age and your height. You don't need to LOSE weight, because it sounds like you're already pretty thin. If you want to get lean, try doing some pilates or yoga style exercises. You can probably get tapes at the public library if they have a video section. But above all, eat healthy and get regular exercise. Go for a walk, play sports, do something active every weekday or even every weekend. The key is to do it regularly. Regular exercise helps keep fat off and can help you lose fat if you have excess (which it doesn't sound like you do).

Good luck, and I'm sure you'll look great inyour bikini!

doing the right type of sit ups, and eating the correct foods

by simply doing 25-50 sit-ups a day, when your back is on the floor make sure you have your abdominal region flexed and then do your sit-up, on your way back down make sure you are inhaling and when you go back you are exhaling. Doing 250+ does nothing for you, you can do fewer by doing them the right way with better results. Henceforth a nice 6-pack for you in a couple weeks

start exercising more. a great way to burn fat in a very short time is running. Start slow and gradually increase your distance. Set a goal to run 5 miles without stopping in 3 months. Go to runnersworld.com and they can help you start a running program to accomplish your goal.
