GCSEs/A Levels: is it possible to study for one online?

I am currently living in China, and I want to get a formal qualification that is widely recognised in Europe for my Chinese. Can you recommend any good resources?

Yes things like the open university and many the same can be done on line from any were in the world isn't technology wonderful
